Thank you for supporting our mission, engaging with SAI programs, and tracking our latest updates this year. We look forward to continuing working together to advance human right at workplaces in 2025.

We hope you have a wonderful holiday season!

Thank you for an impactful year! Here are some highlights:

Our USDOL-funded Palma Futuro project came to a close this year. The project promoted decent working conditions and the prevention and eradication of child labor and forced labor in palm oil supply chains in Colombia and Ecuador. Over the past five years, the project provided technical assistance to 8 private sector partners and 348 palm oil suppliers to improve their labor performance, trained 226 people within the private sector and 789 non-private sector stakeholders, and formed 65 Community Circles.

Take a look at our impact report for more information, stories from the project, and Q&As with the Palma Futuro team.

This year marks the tenth anniversary of TenSquared, our accelerated change management program to improve social performance and relations between workers and management. As of this year, the program has impacted over 78,000 workers at participating facilities. It is now available in five countries—Brazil, China, India, Malaysia, and Turkey—and we plan to introduce new countries in 2025. Check out our TenSquared impact report to read about the program's achievements over the past ten years, case studies, and client testimonials.

We also continued to grow our living wage implementation consultancy work this year, completing current wage assessments with Living Wage gap analyses, and training for 8 facilities and multiple brands. We look forward to building on this work with new clients and projects planned in the new year.

MY Voice, our project to increase worker voice and address forced and child labor in Malaysia's garment and palm oil sectors, trained 480 individuals from the private sector, worker groups, CSOs, labor unions, and government, launched work with 2 new private sector partners in the garment and palm oil industries, and launched the Child Rights Action Hub in the palm oil industry.
