New Publications

We recently published an impact report for TenSquared, our accelerated change management program to improve social performance and relations between workers and management. To date, TenSquared has impacted over 78,000 workers at participating facilities and is currently available in five countries - Brazil, China, India, Malaysia, and Turkey.

The impact report highlights the program's unique methodology, stories about its impact, case studies from each implementing country, and client testimonials.

A new impact report for our Palma Futuro project is also available now. From 2019 to 2024, Palma Futuro promoted decent working conditions and the prevention and eradication of child labor and forced labor in palm oil supply chains in Colombia and Ecuador.

New Initiative: Turkish Leather Industrialists' Association

We're pleased to announce that SAI has launched a new initiative with the Turkish Leather Industrialists’ Association (TDSD) to promote the implementation of the SA8000 management system within participating tanneries. This project aims to advance social responsibility practices in the leather industry by equipping tanneries with tools to meet internationally recognized standards for decent work.

By implementing a social performance management system, tanneries will not only enhance their compliance with global regulations but also strengthen their social impact and sustainability credentials. Through this initiative, participating tanneries will receive tailored consultancy services, training programs, and support in aligning their operations with the SA8000 management system framework.
