Roles & Responsibilities
* 3-4 years of hands-on development experience in SAP Hybris E-Commerce is a must.
* 5 years of extensive experience with Java/J2EE.
* E2E ownership of E-Commerce Application support with focus on maximum site availability
* Maintain and Enhance SRE capabilities for E-com Website through monitoring and automation
* Perform in-depth analysis on all major PROD issues/defects and provide recovery
steps/enhancements to the team.
* Lead Problem Management and resolution
* Implementing effective monitoring & alerting strategies to ensure quicker
detection of issues.
* A team player who can collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other
cross functional teams
* Good Communication and Coordination skills
