Congratulations, Morjoriee White!

Please join us in congratulating our dear colleague and friend, Morjoriee White, on her recent promotion within the City of San Antonio to serve as Assistant Director in Metro Health, where she will manage Community Health and Safety programs.

In her nearly five years with the City's Department of Human Services, Morjoriee has overseen a significant change in the community's homeless response system, including coordinating the development of the Strategic Plan to Respond to Homelessness in San Antonio and Bexar County.

Morjoriee's positive impact on our community cannot be overstated.  She is a selfless leader, and we cannot wait to see what she will accomplish in her new role.  Thank you for all you have done to serve our neighbors experiencing homelessness, Morjoriee!

With Love,

The SARAH Team

We are excited to announce that the 2023 Point-in-Time (PIT) Count will be held on behalf of San Antonio & Bexar County on the night of Tuesday, January 24th!

The PIT Count is an annual event where hundreds of volunteers come together to conduct surveys on our neighbors experiencing unsheltered homelessness.  The collected data is used to report on the state of homelessness locally and nationally.

The countdown begins now.  It will take all of us to make the 2023 PIT Count a success!  Click here to add a save-the-date to your calendar, and stay tuned for registration details.
