The Annual General Body Meeting of SASC will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Sindhu Center, 14117 Clarkdale Avenue, Norwalk, CA 90650.


Program Details:


Lunch will be served from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM. The Annual General Body Meeting will be held at 1:00 PM sharp. In case there is no quorum, the Meeting will be adjourned and will reconvene after 15 minutes without the quorum.


Meeting Agenda:


1) Presentation of financial for the year 2023.


2) Appointment of the Auditor.


3) Discussion of the new SASC website.


4) Election to fill 12 Vacancies to The Executive Committee.


Eight candidates term expire in year 2024 and they are eligible for re-election.

Below is the Application Form link for contesting the Election. Please fill out the form and send it to Mr. Ranjit Rajwani, Election Officer, as shown in the Application Form. The last date for the receipt of application form is February 29, 2024. In case you decide to mail the form then you must e-mail the election officer that, you have mailed the form before the last date of filing.


You must be a Member of Good Standing as of Feb 24, 2024. If you are not a Life Member then you should pay your yearly membership before February 24, 2024. Please pay your Annual Membership dues to be eligible for contesting and voting in the Elections.
