PSALM 19:14

WORDS AND THOUGHTS

Psalm 19:14 says, “Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.”

Are the things you speak (words) acceptable to God, or do you speak negative things or angry words? Are they words that would not offend Jesus if He was standing next to you?

The meditations of your heart refer to the thoughts that dwell or linger in your mind as you go through the day. What kind of thoughts fill your mind or influence your heart (spirit)?

Philippians 4:8 tells us that we should be thinking (meditating) on things that are just, pure, lovely, or have a good report. That leaves no room for ill thoughts. Some thoughts may be “neutral” but should not be negative. If someone has deeply hurt you, do not dwell on the hurt. We are told to pray for their wellbeing and to forgive. Count their good traits instead of the hurt.

We should desire to live every facet of our life as being acceptable in the sight of God. The final line says, “Oh LORD (Jehovah-the full trinity), my strength…” “Strength in the Hebrew is “rock,” and Jesus is the rock of our salvation. “… and my redeemer.” Redeemer here is the Hebrew “goel” or “ga-al” which means “kinsman redeemer.” Jesus is our kinsman redeemer. This again affirms that Jehovah (Yahweh) includes the trinity and not just the Father as some think.

We must act and think right. Follow the Father’s

heart. Live in the love of Jesus. Be careful not to grieve the Holy Spirit (who does have feelings) in word or deed.

Live each day with a song in your heart. Let the song be in your mind as the day goes along.

CENSORSHIP

It is very interesting to me that one can stand for truth and be censored. It happened to me yesterday as Russell and I did our LIVE broadcast on YouTube and Facebook. I had no issues with Facebook, but YouTube took the video down. I was told that it went against their standards. What was the video about? Well, we shared that there will be days that the only thing you can do is pray whether it is COVID19, (we spelled it out, we did not say the word) or any other need. We shared that many are in fear of losing their jobs if they don’t take the vaccine mandate. We then shared if that happens that God has a plan for each of us. We must walk in that plan.

Censorship is becoming a problem more and more. Many websites have been shut down, and people have lost their ministries because of this. People get offended over the smallest things and many have become violent in our streets. I truly believe that we are living in the last of the last days before the Lord’s return. Our adversary, Satan, is doing everything he can to shut down those of faith. As we get into the Great Tribulation (if we are still here, and I am preparing for just that) then we will find it harder and harder to “survive.”

In the book of Acts we see the price that the early church fathers paid for sharing the gospel. The only disciple that wasn’t martyred was John. He lived to an old age even though he was put into boiling oil. God was with him on the Isle of Patmos. He never backed down from his call, and neither did the rest of the early church martyrs.

So, what about mandates and censorship? Moses’ mother was under a decree to have all the Hebrew baby boys killed, yet she saved his life. Daniel prayed three times when it was forbidden by the ruling government. We must go with God regardless of the mandates that a government sets when they oppose God and scripture. We must do what we can, where we can, while we can for the Lord.

By the way, I have a link for this “censored” video. I have put it on Vimeo. Here is the link to watch it. I would like to hear from you as to what your thoughts were on this video. Here is the link click here.

God bless you!

PROPHETIC EXHORTATION

There will come a day when you will have to make a choice- to serve God and be rejected by friends, or not serve God and be rejected by God. I pray you make the right choice!

God still speaks through his prophets.

PROPHETIC EXHORTATION

Some folks have wondered IF David was truly anointed and set apart to be King; Then why did he have to wait so long to walk in that destined place? I believe it was because David was just not quite ready yet. Even though he’d been anointed to be King; He was not fully ready to walk in that role. You see there first had to be the training for reigning. While David was alone in the pasture tending the sheep; We read about the times he was actually in the palace just playing the harp for King Saul. Have you ever wondered why David was in the palace playing the harp for the King? We know he was playing his harp in the palace that was already his. BUT...I truly believe that God allowed David to do this...Just so he could learn first hand about all the real responsibilities and the entire protocol of being a leader...Yes, a King. Now not only did David have to learn what TO do; But he also had to learn what NOT to do. Over the many years that I’ve studied and taught God’s Word I've pondered much about this myself... IF David had not been humble and did the work of a servant; Then would he have ever been promoted to walk into the destined place that he was already anointed for? (2 Samuel 5) So if you know God has called, appointed and anointed you to do some particular thing in life; Then don’t dare loose hope or give up...But wait patiently before Him and be willing to do what you see as insignificant...Until God knows you’re ready to move into what He has anointed you to do in life. We need more folks that have spent quality time alone praying and worshiping God in a desert place as David did; BEFORE they go to a Church or other places and expect to be put in position...Before they’re fully prepared to do so. Yes, God loves His children enough to ask them all to humbly WAIT until His appointed time for each of us. Just ask David, Joseph and many others.

Wake Up America!

                         We have lost our way!

Where is the America of old?

We cry out loud and say,

Where did, God in Country, go?

                          Such lies are told today,

                          Taking down our faith.

                          But guess what, dearest ones,

                          Christ is our saving grace.

                          Pray to high above,

                          Our Lord God Jesus Christ.

He sees all things on high,

He knows, he paid the price.

His death has set us free.

                          Be encouraged in your Lord.

Stand up for what is right,

Stay strong always, read the word.

                          The Devil tries to rule.

                          Rebuke him, walk away.

                          Remember Christ, who loves you,

Go straight to the Light today.

                                Jesus Saves!      Jesus Saves!
