SAUSD Seeks Public Input on Facilities Master Plan

Board of Education Declares Oct. 8-14, 2023 Week of the School Administrator

The Board of Education at its Oct. 10, 2023 meeting adopted a resolution declaring Oct. 8-14, 2023 as the Week of the School Administrator in the Santa Ana Unified School District. In doing so, the Board commends all school leaders in SAUSD for the contributions they make to ensure successful student achievement. Read the resolution here. 

SAUSD’s Jaime Ramirez Named 2023-24 Outstanding Administrator by PLTW

Congratulations to Jaime Ramirez, Principal of Roosevelt-Walker Elementary School, for his recent recognition as a 2023-24 Outstanding Administrator at the national level by Project Lead The Way (PLTW)! Each year, PLTW bestows national honors on teachers and administrators who show "unparalleled commitment" to helping students become successful in STEM, and unlocking the potential of their students through PLTW programs. Santa Ana Valley High School Community Previews New Culinary, Automotive Facilities

Members of the Santa Ana Valley High School community got a sneak peek this week at the new $20 million culinary and automotive facilities that are being built at the school with Measure I funds. Scholars will have access to state-of-the-art equipment in both spaces, preparing them for a range of careers after graduation. For photos, click here.
