Segerstrom High School Named 2023 Exemplary Counseling Program of the Year by California Association of School Counselors
Segerstrom High School was recognized Oct. 18, 2023 as the Exemplary Counseling Program of the Year by the California Association of School Counselors. The school was selected for demonstrating that it has developed and implemented a comprehensive school counseling program based on the ASCA National Model. Congratulations to the Segerstrom counseling team!

Santa Ana School Police Department Swears In New Officer
The Santa Ana School Police Department on Oct. 18, 2023 swore in its newest officer, Officer Alatorre. Alatorre comes to SAUSD from the Montebello Police Department and brings with him a wealth of experience. Read more here.

SAUSD Student Athletes Participate in Intermediate Girls Volleyball, Flag Football Tournaments
Athletes from across SAUSD came together on Oct. 14, 2023 for the SAUSD Intermediate Girls Volleyball Tournament and SAUSD Intermediate Flag Football Tournament. MacArthur placed first overall in flag football, while Santiago placed first overall in volleyball. Click here to read more.

SAUSD is seeking input on its Facilities Master Plan, which identifies construction needs for schools. This survey will help the District better plan for future upgrades and renovations across SAUSD.
