SAUSD to Hold Wall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Sept. 18, 2023

The Santa Ana Unified School District will honor seven athletes during its 2023 Wall of Fame Induction Ceremony at 6 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2023 at the Santa Ana Public Schools Sports Complex. This year’s inductees are: Nina Alexander, Manny Herrera, Joseph (Shane) Holloway, Larry Lutz, Fernando Serratos, Brenda Steele Matthews and Alonzo Jamison - congratulations to all! New Sports Complex Debuts at Saddleback High School

The District held a dedication ceremony on Sept. 14, 2023 to commemorate the opening of a new Sports Complex at Saddleback High School. The Measure I-funded project features a stadium, support building for school and community uses, and more. SAUSD Holds Dedication Ceremony for New CTE Media Lab at Saddleback High School

SAUSD on Sept. 14, 2023 celebrated the debut of a new state-of-the-art digital media lab at Saddleback High School, designed to equip scholars with future-ready skills. The project, funded through Measure I and state CTE grant funds, features both 'fly-in' and broadcast studios, and more. Click here to view photos. 

College & Career + Community Resource Fair Coming Sept. 28, 2023

Save the Date: School Budget Town Hall Meetings Scheduled for Oct. 5, 2023

The District is hosting two community town hall meetings on Oct. 5, 2023 to provide information and answer questions about the budget process and how schools are funded. The first is scheduled for 9 to 11 a.m. at McFadden Institute of Technology, 2701 S. Raitt St. The second takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. in Century High School’s library, 1401 S. The first episode of SAUSD's ‘Amplifying Leadership’ podcast has officially debuted! “Exploring the Power and Potential of Community Schools” offers a transformative exploration into the realm of community schools.
