Due to the recent government shutdown, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits have been paused — leaving many Salina families without the support they rely on to afford food, medicine, and other essentials.

In response, Salina Area United Way and Tony’s Pizza Events Center are launching a powerful initiative: SNAP Back Against Hunger: Food & Resources Fair

This event is more than a food drive — it’s a community movement to support our neighbors in need.

United Is The Way

This Giving Tuesday, let’s unite to make a difference that lasts. Your gift powers programs and partners that provide early education, childcare support, mental health services, basic needs, and crisis response across Saline County.

Every gift stays local and strengthens the community we all share. If you haven’t contributed yet, you can give individually, through your workplace, or on behalf of your business or organization.

When we come together, we create change that matters—today and tomorrow.
