We invite you to join us for a tour of the Pirelli Tire Plant in Rome, Georgia. In addition to the tour, we will also hear a presentation by Pirelli Executives.
Following lunch, GAMA faculty will present key concepts of GAMA's new "3P's of Supplier Success™" program. This program, which has been very-well received to date, is based on GAMA's Supplier Essentials Course®, and will equip component suppliers with key concepts and industry practices.

Manufacturers in related industries can learn key concepts and industry practices to successfully become part suppliers in the growing global automotive parts and components industry, and

Current automotive part suppliers can learn about new practices and trends to improve their position in the industry.
The key concepts to be presented will include:

Parts - identifying required parts, dealing with the complex issues in the supply chain impacting incoming supplies and outgoing products, best practices, key industry terminology, and more.

People - engaging state and local resources, internal and external hiring resources, best practices in workforce development; workforce retention; diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI); certifications, and more.

Process - understanding the purchasing process, expectations of OEMs, intellectual property (IP), green/clean energy considerations, and more.
