Dear members and friends,

I am pleased to invite you to the first-ever ICCO Science Lectures series in collaboration with AIRIcerca (Association of Italian Researchers).

The pandemic crisis has radically changed our lives, the way we work and interact, upsetting our daily life. However, science and research offer hope as they show us a way to recover: the effectiveness and diffusion of vaccines will be an important tool to help stop the pandemic.

Join us on March 25th as we discuss how vaccines work and prime our immune system with Nina Gnädig-Schoenfeld, PhD, Lecturer in Discipline in the Department of Biological Sciences at Columbia University.

This event is part of a series of 4 appointments organized in collaboration with AIRIcerca and the Embassy of Italy to Canada, Consulate General of Italy in Toronto, Istituto Italiano di Cultura.

We look forward to connecting with you on Thursday, March 25th at 6 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada) via Zoom Webinar.

Sincerely,
Corrado Paina, Executive Director - ICCO Canada
