Your invitation is here - you are needed!
People power, passionate hearts, renewing vision - this fall, with the Naramata Centre Society.
The board of directors are pleased invite supporters and members of Naramata Centre Society into a month of
giving THANKS for Naramata Centre!

For all that the Centre has offered over the decades, it now needs our loving attention, hard work and important conversations heading as we look ahead to
the winter season. The board is excited to arrange 3 Work & Engagement Weekends at the Naramata Centre site during the month of October 2015. Different members of the board will be present at each weekend, and will host a pot-luck meal with intentional conversation each weekend about the future of Naramata Centre, for all volunteers who are present.

Can't Make it to the Centre Site?

If distance or ability keeps you from traveling to or working in Naramata, you're invited to make a donation to the Centre's ongoing operational costs. Any little helps - and if you add a message when making your donation, we'll put it up on a message board at the Centre - giving inspiration and making connections with the on-site volunteers!  Donate Online Here!

We are scheduling Local Engagement Sessions for the end of October, held in communities across BC and Alberta. These engagement sessions will be lead by local board members and volunteers who are keen to help, in as many communities as we can arrange hosts for. More information on the Local Engagement Sessions will come later in September via email, Facebook and our blog.
Engagement Weekend Questions?

Board members Jeremy Church, Jenne Newman, Tressa Brotsky, Pam Rinehart and Barb Hatfield are the Engagement Task Group designing the board's Work & Engagement weekends. This team invites you to SAVE THE DATE for now, and hold your questions until the Sign Up Forms are made available (many questions will be answered with Sign Up information). If you have a very pressing question, please send a message to the general board email address and one of us will work to get back to you. Email the Board Here!

We are in the midst of an encouraging membership campaign, with over 140 people becoming members of the Naramata Centre Society since the launch in July! If you haven't renewed or joined yet, please do so - soon. In order to vote at any general meeting of the society (not just the AGM), one needs to have been a member for 3 months prior to the meeting.  Become a Member Here!
