2026 AWARDS CELEBRATION - SAVE THE DATE

We will also be honoring a tenant honoree, recognizing their resilience and determination in overcoming challenges and celebrating their journey that stable housing has made possible. This inspiring event brings together supporters and partners to raise critical funds for ACOF’s programs and tenant services, helping people who have experienced homelessness to maintain stability and thrive in permanent supportive housing.

SPREADING VALENTINE'S CHEER

This February, our Tenant Advisory Council (TAC) brought back its Valentine Card Project for a second year and the response was heartwarming! Last year, five buildings participated and created 120 handmade cards. This year, participation doubled to ten buildings, resulting in more than 370 Valentine’s Day cards created by our tenants. The cards were shared with our community partners serving individuals and families in need: Upward Bound House, PATH, and Alexandria House. 

LABC HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION & JOBS SUMMIT

We are honored to participate as a cooperating organization with Los Angeles Business Council (LABC) at the 24th Annual LABC Housing, Transportation, and Jobs Summit on April 24, 2026. This event will include a conversation with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, housing and transportation experts, and gubernatorial candidates along with other notable speakers. Our partnership with Kroger means that every time you shop at Ralphs or Food4Less, they’ll make a donation to your chosen charity on your behalf.

Follow these steps to start giving while you shop:

1. Go to ralphs.com (Ralphs) or the Food4Less Community Rewards page.
2. Sign in or create an account
3. Open My Account → Community Contributions (Ralphs)/Community Rewards(Food4Less)
4. Search “A Community of Friends” and click Enroll
5. Every time you use your loyalty card or phone number, your purchases will automatically generate donations to ACOF at no cost to you.

If you shop at both stores, create separate online accounts with different email addresses and follow the enrollment steps for A Community of Friends. Using the same login may cause a “not available in your area” error.

If you already have a physical loyalty card for either or both stores, call 1-800-443-4438 to enroll in the Community Rewards Program and select A Community of Friends.
