BIG NEWS!!! On August 3rd, 2021, MTM-CNM Family Connection and Where There's A Will There's A Cure will be co-hosting an Externally-Led Patient Focused Drug Development (PFDD) meeting with the US FDA. PFDD meetings are held in order to augment the patient voice so that their priorities can be made known to those at the FDA who evaluate the drugs and biologics meant to treat the relevant medical conditions.
This virtual meeting on August 3rd, 2021 will be an excellent opportunity for regulators to hear *directly* from our #mtmcnmfamily regarding our perspectives on MTM/CNM.
Remember, we are all in this together and, though we experience many similarities in our lives, each of us has a particular story to tell and a unique voice to powerfully convey the struggles and the hopes we have for ourselves and our loved ones with MTM/CNM. You are the expert of your own life and that makes you an essential piece to the big picture of MTM/CNM.
The input that YOU provide can influence FDA's decisions and oversight related to any/all potential therapeutics for MTM-CNM.
