Save the date! Two days of biblical encouragement and practical ministry insight are coming soon. Pastors, elders, deacons, and key church leaders are invited to gather for encouragement, collaboration, and practical tools for ministry. This conference will provide a clear framework for developing a healthy church rooted in the Great Commission. Along with two keynote speakers, there will be four breakout groups designed to strengthen and equip church leaders.

Brian Croft, Founder/Executive Director, Practical Shepherding


Brian founded Practical Shepherding over 17 years ago and leads the ministry's development, vision, and direction. He served as Senior Pastor at Auburndale Baptist Church in Louisville, KY (2003-2020) and now serves full-time as Executive Director. He also serves as Senior Fellow for the Mathena Center for Church Revitalization at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Brian is married to Cara and they have four children.

JimBo Stewart, Associate Director of Replant, Send Network (NAMB)


JimBo serves as Associate Director of Replant at the North American Mission Board (NAMB) and as Replanting and Revitalization Strategist for First Coast Churches in Jacksonville, FL. He is co-founder of replantbootcamp.com and holds a D.Min. in Church Revitalization and an M.Div. in Urban Missions from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. JimBo is married to Audrea and they have three children.

Audrea Stewart, Speaker and Pastor's Wife


Audrea is a pastor's wife, homeschooling mom of three, and passionate encourager of women in ministry. She served a church replant in Jacksonville, Florida (2014-2020) alongside her husband JimBo. A pastor's daughter since age two and pastor's wife since 2004, Audrea has spoken at various NAMB events including Am I A Replanter and the Replant Summit. She and JimBo both hold degrees in theatre from William Carey University.

Dr. Matthew Spandler-Davison, Ministry Director, Practical Shepherding


Matthew serves as Ministry Director for Practical Shepherding, overseeing Church in Hard Places, The Shepherd's House, Practical Shepherding Women, Replant Cohorts, and international ministries. He is church planter and preaching pastor of Redeemer Fellowship Church in Bardstown, Kentucky, and co-founder/Executive Director of 20schemes, a church-planting ministry in Scotland's poorest communities. He holds a doctorate from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Originally from Scotland, Matthew is married to Tracy and has two daughters.
