KEEP FATS, OILS, AND GREASE OUT OF DRAINS

As you enjoy tasty celebrations this summer, remember that fats, oils, and grease (FOG) harden on pipes. This can cause clogs and overflows which are harmful to the environment and public health. Help keep your sewer system clear by keeping food and grease out of your drains and disposal.

Remember to:

• Trash cooled cooking oil and grease
• Use green curbside cart for food scraps without a bag
