Representatives from AM/NS Calvert, the Baldwin County Home Builders Association, and Chickasaw City Schools took center stage, sharing their program accomplishments, challenges, and the pivotal reasons behind their dedication to developing specialized workforce initiatives tailored to meet the specific needs of their respective businesses.
AM/NS Calvert's presentation highlighted their pioneering approach to industrial skill development, emphasizing the integration of cutting-edge technology and comprehensive training methodologies. This effort has been through collaborative programs with community colleges, incorporating registered apprenticeships and other initiatives such as FAME.
