Next SB 54 Advisory Board Meeting - Friday, December 13

The CalRecycle SB 54 Advisory Board, formed for the implementation of SB 54 (Allen, Chapter 75, Statutes of 2022) scheduled an additional ad hoc meeting before the end of the year with the release of another updated draft set of regulations, which incorporate comments received from the last public review and input period. The meeting will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 10:00AM - 4:00PM PST. During this meeting, the board will discuss:

• Advisory Board Member Appointment Terms;
• Revised Proposed SB 54 Regulations;
• Template for Advisory Board "Barriers & Solutions" Recommendations Report.

CAA Next Quarterly Update - Dec. 11 at 11:30AM PST

Circular Action Alliance (CAA), California's only approved Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) for the implementation of SB 54 will hold their next quarterly update on December 11 at 11:30AM PST where CAA staff will share updates on the Oregon program plan, upcoming producer deadlines and the status of EPR implementation across states. Next CAA Producer Working Group - Dec. 17 at 9:30AM PST

Sign-ups for the next Producer Working Group will close on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 12:30 pm ET. Attendees who are not signed up by the deadline will not be permitted to join the meeting.
