As you may be aware, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and U.S. Department of Treasury have agreed to make additional information regarding the Paycheck Protection Program loans available to the public.
The following agreement for release of information regarding loans funded under the Paycheck Protection Program has been reached to provide public transparency while protecting the interest of small businesses.
The SBA will disclose the business names, addresses, NAICS codes, zip codes, business type, demographic data, non-profit information, jobs supported, and loan amount ranges within the following categories of loan size:
- $150,000 – $350,000
- $350,000 - $1,000,000
- $1,000,000 - $2,000,000
- $2,000,000 - $5,000,000
- $5,000,000 - $10,000,000
Note: For all loans funded below $150,000, aggregate totals will be released based on zip code, industry, business type, and various demographic categories, however, the specific business information listed above will be withheld.
