***SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS NEEDED***

Greetings SBCLA Church Family:

Our Sunday Church Adult Bible Classes and our Children Church School are very excited about returning back to in person classes and hybrid too!!! However, before this can take place, we need your HELP!!

We are in NEED of Adult Bible Class Teachers and Children's Church Teachers. Unfortunately, our children have not attended Sunday School here at SBC, since the Pandemic. We need three teachers for the adult classes and seven for the Children's Church. These committed Teachers would only teach one Sunday per month. Please call or text me regarding your interest as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you.

***Deacon Henry Purnell passed on Friday, January 12th. His service of memory will be held on Friday, February 2nd at 11:00 AM at Second Baptist Church, 2412 Griffith Ave. Los Angeles. The viewing will be Thursday, February 1st, from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM at Angelus Funeral Home, 3875 Crenshaw Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90008.  Condolences may be sent to the Purnell Family, 4919 Valley Ridge Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90043. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that a gift be given to Second Baptist Church for structural building repairs, in honor of Henry Purnell.
