35 years!
Dear Partners, Family, and Friends,
With full hearts and deep gratitude, Molly and I recently celebrated a remarkable milestone: our 35th wedding anniversary. This also marks 35 wonderful years of service with Wycliffe Bible Translators. As we reflect on this journey, we are overwhelmed by the incredible ways God has worked in our lives. We are deeply thankful for the opportunity to serve, love, and care for one another and for the many lives we’ve had the privilege to touch. Our prayer is that God continues to bless us with many more years to share this joy and purpose.
Wycliffe, too, has made amazing progress in its mission to bring God's Word to Bibleless communities across the globe. As you can see from the chart, we’ve reached a monumental milestone – only 985 languages left to begin translating! The growth has been astounding. In 1989, there were 765 completed New Testaments, and today that number has more than doubled to 1,726! Full Bibles have increased from 339 to an incredible 756. This progress wouldn’t have been possible without you – the difference you’ve made in such a short time is extraordinary.
Together, we’re making history. What a joy it is to be on this journey with you!
Pressing on patiently,
Robert for the Clementz family
