SBCA is pleased to announce the availability of 6 new online courses designed to help satellite industry professionals improve their busienss, sales and customer care skill. This is a good time to focus on improving your organization and profitability as the country works towards recovery.

Each self-paced course is contains interactive chapters and quizzes designed to improve your skill sets, help you better manage your workforce and improve your sales. Leadership: Designed for business owners and managers this program includes 19 chapters designed to provide insight on how to build and manage a successful workforce. 

Supervisor Skills: Targeting b usiness owners and front line supervisors this course contains 14 chapters of valuable resources to help them better manage their workforce. 

Customer Care: S upervisors and front-line employees will benefit from this program focuses exclusively on customer service. The course contains 18 interactive modules to help participants better understand how to improve their customer service skills.

Managing Your Sales Team: F or business owners and managers this program contains 20 chapters designed to help you better manage and support your sales team. Courses include preparing your sales team, telling your business story and consultative selling. 

Sales 101: This course is for anyone who is involved with the sales process, with a focus on new employees this 20 section course offers tips and techniques such as how to handle sales leads, negotiation, prospecting and much more.

Sales 102: Designed for anyone who is involved with selling to customers this 20 course program will help with sales skills, consultative selling techniques, negotiating and handling objections.
