Government Contracting Compliance: Does your Company Comply?
October 10 , 2019
10:00 am - Noon
Speaker is Ed Kinberg, Widerman Malek
|
Successful government contracting is rooted in understanding and executing “compliance”. The federal government, in particular, has had over 230 years to figure out how to buy goods and services from your business and they capture the many requirements in an alphabet soup of regulations FAR, FASA, DCAA, DBA, ITAR, ASPR, NST… and many more… and of course we can’t forget the “Purveyor of Public Affairs Act of 1795” J If you want to compete in the government marketplace you just plain need to understand and embrace ‘compliance’. This workshop, featuring
Ed Kinberg of Widerman Malek
, a leading government contracting law firm, will provide an in-depth review of many of the aspects of government contracting compliance – proposal compliance, accounting system compliance, procurement systems compliance, cybersecurity security, and other compliance issues. This class will not be repeated this year, so don’t miss this unique opportunity to expand your understanding of government contracting.
