area children through programs and partnerships with local law enforcement agencies, schools & community organizations. Built with support from the Sunshine Lady Foundation, The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation and the community, the ballpark is managed by the Sunshine Ballpark Foundation.

Fredericksburg Quarry Trail System

Did you know? Sunshine Ballpark is the STARTING point of the Fredericksburg Quarry Trail. While the baseball fields remain closed, the bike trails are still open. This summer, bicyclists escaped pandemic blues by enjoying local trails including the Quarry Trail.
