BALLOT INSTRUCTIONS FOR
BOARD ELECTRONIC VOTING
The SaddleBrooke TWO Homeowners Association will again use an enhanced electronic voting system for the 2023 annual election of Board members. We will use a third-party vendor and your email voting invite will come from saddlebrooketwo@ivotehoa.com on October 18. Please add this address to your safe sender list / address book so you can vote. Just follow these easy steps:
• Once you receive the email, click the link to go to the voting site. In this vote you are eligible to vote for two (2) candidates. There is one ballot per lot. The ballot will be sent to the primary person in the household. If you own more than one lot, your ballot will be weighted and all your lots will be listed.
• Register to vote by entering your name and email address, then create a password.
• Vote for up to two (2) candidates and submit.
• You will receive both an onscreen and email confirmation.
• To ensure you receive your voting invitation, it is imperative that your current email address is on file with the HOA. Contact Sharlene “Charli” Shaulis at sharlene.shaulis@sbhoa2.org or Adele Allyn at adele.allyn@sbhoa2.org to add or update your email address.
Three (3) homeowners have submitted the necessary paperwork to run for two (2) open Board seats. The two (2) candidates with the largest vote counts will be elected for a term of office that will run from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026.
The election will run from October 18 through November 8.
Paper ballots will be available in the HOA2 Admin office for those who prefer not to vote electronically.
Results will be announced to the community on Friday, November 10, 2023.
