Below is important information and action items to

review before classes begin!

Please complete your ASCP (Associated Skin Care Professionals) registration to activate your insurance - it takes a few seconds! You are required to sign up for insurance before you come to clinic.

Upon completing your registration, you will gain access to their library of webinars and education.

You received personalized tuition details in your welcome letter! If you wish to change your tuition payment method, just let us know.

For students on monthly payments or who are paying their tuition in full with a credit card; you will receive an invoice via Quickbooks before January 15th.

All tuition, whether your first monthly payment or payment in full, is due by Wednesday, January 31st.

You have already received your access email from Kajabi! If have not yet received this email titled "You’ve been granted access to SBMA Offer", please check your junk or spam folder, and contact us.

You now have access to the 600-Hour Aesthetics Course, as well as a separate At-Home Practicum Course.

If you don't have your textbooks/workbooks before classes start that is okay! It is perfectly fine if you receive your textbooks and workbooks after the start of classes.

You can begin attending clinic starting January 17th. You can sign up for shifts starting now, as long as your Facials 1, 2, 3, and Machines classwork and ASCP insurance registration is completed before!

You will pick up your student kit during your first clinic shift! This will be your orientation and shadow shift, to get familiar with clinic.

The products in your kit are for you to use at home, so please enjoy! You do not need to use these products in clinic. However, you will want to bring a spa robe, headband, and name badge from your student kit. You can find the clinic supply list in the "Intro to Clinic" section in Kajabi, under the Resources tab!
