Featured CLE: Creative Custody
and Visitation Schedule
It is easy for divorcing or separating parents, and the court they are working with, to get stuck in a routine of week-on/week-off or alternating weekends and holiday schedules. An attorney should be able to walk a client through a consult or settlement negotiation for custody without feeling limited by the options they have seen in the past or without the tools they need to help a client visualize the schedule.

During this CLE, Melissa Exline and Kim Surratt will provide participants with tools and details on creative custody schedules to give families options to choose from. They’ll also discuss age and development issues that impact why a certain schedule might be considered in a given case.
