WELCOME ANGELA AND AARON!
With the incredible success of SBW 2018, the Executive Directors decided we needed to expand our committee to a party of five instead of three. We would like to officially welcome Aaron Stevens and Angela Glatz! Aaron comes to us from Walsh Construction Co. and Angela from GRIT Building Solutions.

Angela is passionate about making the world a better place and believes building more sustainably is one of the ways to make a direct positive impact in our local community. Her commitment to Sustainable Building Week PDX directly reflects that and she’s excited to bring folks together to help propel Portland to the forefront of this progressive movement. Check out her blog on why SBW is important to her!

Aaron believes there is synergy here in PDX around sustainability; there are very smart, passionate people working extremely hard to do good; and anyone who cares enough to roll up their sleeves and put forth the effort to align their interests with action can make a difference. This inspired him to act and get involved with SBW. Read why he joined SBW on our blog!

If you see them at events this year - be sure to say hello!
