National Updates

Congratulations to our 2025 Corteva Young Leader, Austin Eaddy!

Earlier this year, Austin Eaddy completed the three-phase Corteva Young Leaders program, gaining hands-on experience with ag innovation, leadership training, and policy advocacy. Highlights included visiting Corteva headquarters in Iowa, attending the Commodity Classic in Denver, and meeting with congressional offices in Washington, D.C

Corn Growers Score Win in Washington

The Make America Healthy Again Commission recently released a set of much-anticipated policy recommendations for addressing childhood chronic disease. 

 

The recommendations are an improvement over the commission’s earlier report that had zeroed in on key pesticides.

The SC Corn Board has purchased moisture meters for all county agents to test grain moisture and predict best time to harvest. Reach out to your local agent for details.
