Core Virtue of the Month House Challenge:
Virtues of the Month – Integrity
Through the month of March we are focusing on acts of Integrity - Doing the right thing when no one is watching. Moral soundness; honesty; freedom from corrupting influence or motive.
Teachers and staff will be on the lookout to reward students with special Virtue of the Month Virtue Tickets for exhibiting behavior aligned with this Core Virtue. Each Virtue of the Month Ticket earned counts towards 5 points for the students' House.
March House Service Challenge - Union Mission's Parker House: A Home for Women!
In recognition of Women's History Month, Savannah Classical Academy is partnering with Union Mission's Parker House to provide their residence with some much needed items to help in their daily life. Starting March 4th through March 20th, bring in UNOPENED, PACKAGED, rolled tissue, fabric softener sheets, and laundry detergent pods to earn points for your house and aid women of the Parker House here in Savannah!
Each paper roll donated = House 1 point. Each box of fabric sheets donated = House 2 points. Each box of laundry detergent pods donated = House 3 points.
Battle of the Grade Bands!!! - The House from each grade band (PreK-5th Grade, Middle School, and High School) that earns the most points through their donations will receive a Shamrock Shake & Pot of Gold Popcorn treat on March 23rd!
