Humanitarian Committee

Project Connect was a success! We handed out many coats, hats,mittens, scarves and much more!

Also, the Humanitarian Committee will be adopting a family again during the holiday season. If you know of a family that might need a little extra help this year, please have them submit this form. Forms are due by this Friday, Nov. 29.

Public Relations Committee

We last met November 12th and plan to meet at 3:00PM for our next meeting on December 10th, directly prior to Social Hour. We are planning to volunteer serving dinner to the Dream Center on December 11^th, if you have any interest in joining us please reach out to Sander Anderson or Amber Laudenbach for details.

November Billboard: We hope you had a chance to catch our November billboard which ran from 11/18/2024 to 11/24/2024 located at 4130 W Division St, and featured a Thanksgiving Theme ‘Any way you slice it we’re thankful for you’

November Social: Our November Social took place on the 12^th and was sponsored by Hometown Title, Jose Pina De Leon with Central MN Realty and Louise Mehr with Century 21 First Realty were the prize winners of the gift baskets provided by Home Town Title. Thank you to Home Town Title for sponsoring this month!

December Social: Will be December 10^th starting at 4PM at House of Pizza in St Cloud. This month’s Social will be sponsored by Bremer Bank Mortgage, we hope you join us for Social Hour and don’t forget to wear your ugly sweater for our annual contest!

Dues Winners! Melissa Koubsky with Coldwell Banker Realty won the Realtor Annual Membership and Lisa Schreifels with St. Cloud Financial Credit Union won the Preferred Partner Membership. Congratulations to them both!

Preferred Partner Committee

We had a wonderful SCAAR Annual Meeting on November 20th, featuring an excellent expo with participation from our valued Preferred Partners! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect and collaborate, and we're grateful to everyone who attended.

We'd like to emphasize the importance of partnering with local businesses that play a vital role in the real estate industry. We encourage all Realtors to not only refer to our Preferred Partner list on the website for their own needs but also to recommend these trusted businesses to their clients and customers. When you work with outstanding companies on transactions, consider inviting them to join our membership! You can personally invite them, or reach out to Mary Ellen, and she’ll be happy to connect with them.
