Golf Task Force

As we wrap up our recent golf tournament, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and supported this fantastic event!

We are thrilled to announce that we presented Bri's Lodge with a check for $8,651! We are proud to have raised these funds that will make a real difference.

Looking ahead, we are already gearing up for our 2025 golf tournament! We can’t wait to build on this year's success and create even more unforgettable moments on the greens. Stay tuned for updates and registration details!

Preferred Partner Committee

The Preferred Partners Committee is laser-focused on enhancing and growing partnerships with real estate businesses that align with SCAAR’s strategic goals. We’ve identified about 100 shiny new partner prospects—yes, 100! And we’re reaching out to invite them to join us at our annual membership meeting on November 20th as expo participants. So, if you’ve been itching for some top-tier networking (or just love a good expo table), mark your calendar!

A Gentle Reminder: Our annual membership meeting isn’t just another meeting. It’s a golden opportunity to hear all about SCAAR's big wins, rub elbows with our preferred partners, knock out some CE credits, and get committee updates along with the latest from MNAR. Oh, and let’s not forget one of the biggest perks of all—lunch. Yes, free food, because we all know real estate runs on coffee and catered meals.

Looking Ahead to 2025: We’re already plotting our grand plans for next year. If you want to join the fun and help us reel in more amazing partners, why not consider joining the Preferred Partners Committee? Humanitarian Committee

Project Connect is Tomorrow! We have a pile of items to bring. Thank you to all that donated coats/winter gear! Here is a sampling of items collected.

Also, the Humanitarian Committee will be adopting a family again during the holiday season. If you know of a family that might need a little extra help this year, please have them submit this form. Forms are due by Nov. 29.

Education Committee

CODE OF ETHICS DUE DECEMBER 31ST!

Realtor Members are required to take 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training by the end of the year. Click here to log onto the SCAAR portal to see if you have completed the COE class. Once logged in, your profile will be on the top left. There is a line that says Current Code of Ethics Cycle Complete: Yes or No. If your line says no, that means you need to take 2.5 hours of Realtor Code of Ethics by the end of the year.

If you have taken a class online, send the completion certification to Nicole@stcloudrealtors.com and she will make sure it fulfills the requirment and update our records.

Public Relations Committee

We last met October 8th and plan to meet at 3:30PM for our next meeting on November 12th, directly prior to Social Hour. We are planning to volunteer serving dinner to the Dream Center on December 11^th, if you have any interest in joining us please reach out to Sander Anderson or Amber Laudenbach for details.

October Billboard: We hope you will had a chance to catch our October billboard which ran from 10/14/2024 to 10/20/2024 located at 4130 W Division near BestBuy which featured our ‘Fall into a new home’ billboard. (See above.)

October Social: Our October Social took place on the 8^th and was sponsored by Liberty Bank, thank you to Liberty for sponsoring this month! The prize below was won by Nicole Philippi, Smart Choice Realty.

November Social: Will be November 12^th starting at 4PM at House of Pizza in St Cloud. This month’s Social will be sponsored by Home Town Title, we hope you join us!

MN Realtor Ring Day

The SCAAR MN Realtor Ring Day Task Force is excited to get our ring locations filled this year! Help us fill the Red Christmas Kettles by ringing for the Salvation Army.

Minnesota Realtor Ring Day is Friday, December 6th, 2024. The larger offices have assigned locations and will have sign up sheets. If you do not have a sign up sheet at your office or if it's full, email Nicole@stcloudrealtors.com or call us at 253-7149 to schedule a time to ring! We have until Friday, November 1st, to fill our locations, so sign up today! Bring your family to ring with you!
