We are all feeling the impact of the NAR housing settlement. As a local association we are asking that you trust in the safety mechanisms that NAR has in place to protect its members. We are asking you to educate yourself as much as possible on how the industry will be effected. Keeping yourself up to date on buyers rights is the best way to navigate these changes. Make sure you are reading the informational emails that NAR is sending to you. Remember that your success in real estate is a success for the association as a whole!

New Jersey Realtors Presents Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing helps real estate professionals interrupt stereotypical thinking so they can avoid fair housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client. Participants will examine the history of bias in real estate, learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in fair housing violations, and engage in interactive exercises to enhance communication skills and business relationships with clients of all background. Earn 3 CEU'S Cost:$10

New Member Orientation/Code of Ethics CE Training

Must be completed within 90 days of joining the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®; in order to maintain your membership. Held once per quarter on the 1st day of the Last Month of the Quarter from 8:30-3:30pm. Breakfast and lunch is provided.
