Hello Spring!

March was an amazing month! We held a Country Line Dancing Social Event, Everyday Code of Ethics CE Class, held a YPN Top Producers Panel and our Board or Directors and Committees were hard at work planning out many events for us to enjoy. This is a relicensing year, which means CE's are due by April 30th in order to avoid a fine. Not sure if you need credits? Click here to go to the CE tracking system; you'll need your license number to sign in. SCAR does not have access to this site or your credits, as this is a New Jersey Real Estate Commission regulation. Your broker is your best resource for relicensing.

Learn the Basics of Commercial Lending with Commercial Lender Dan Sterba! This course breaks down the different programs available and what the qualification process looks like, in addition to loan structures and term sheets for commercial loans. Worth 4 Elective CE Credits.
