As you can see, there are a few changes. Mrs. VanDyke will be taking on an administration position full time as the Director of our Early Childhood Center. She will work closely with the ECC staff and our new Principal, Mrs. Stracener.
Ms. Morehouse, our current Montessori teacher and extended care lead, is leaving at the end of this school year. We wish her well with her next adventure and appreciate all she has done for SCBA. She will be missed! Miss Nicole will be moving into Pre-K as the lead teacher and Miss Brandy will be moving into the 2-Year-Old as the lead teacher for that classroom. Miss Molly will be moving to an aide position working with our Pre-Kindergarten classroom.
Mrs. Prewitt is moving to a different position for this next year. She will be working as a Math interventionist and helping our scholars who need additional support with the area of Math.
Mrs. Zitariuk will be our new Middle-School Math and Science teacher. She has done a wonderful job these past two months with our middle school and is excited to be here all the time with our scholars. We are blessed to have her be a permanent part of the school!
Sarah Niblock will be joining our faculty as our middle school religion and history teacher. She is graduating from Thomas Aquinas College in California. She is a graduate from St. Therese Catholic School and St. Pius X High School. She is thrilled to begin her teaching career here at SCBA.
This is very exciting to have all our positions filled before school is out! God is good and has brought the right people to SCBA for the upcoming academic year.
Please keep our 8th graders in your prayers this next week. They officially graduate on May 12, 2022. This is such a special time for each of them. They are ready to fly and head off to high school. We are excited to see all they will accomplish!
Many blessings,
Many blessings,
Dr. Hopson
