To be eligible to receive a free cell phone please bring with you the one of the following:

Valid Photo ID Proof of Government Assistance Program (SSI, SSDI, Medicaid or Medicare, SNAP, WIC, Section 8 Housing/ Subsidized Housing)

National Center for Learning Disabilities and WestEd are looking for survey participants to complete a 15-20 minute online survey.


Open to young adults (18-24 years old) who have a learning disability. 


Results from this survey will be used to guide outreach, policy, and advocacy efforts at NCLD.


If you are eligible and complete the survey, you will receive a $20 electronic Gift Card to Amazon.com.
