Hello friends,

We hope you are enjoying your summer so far.

SCBWI-MI is gearing up for a fall full of webinars, critique opportunities, scholarships, and book-selling events! And we are planning an action-packed 2023.

We are proud to be able to bring such a wide assortment of education and business-building experiences to our community. None of that can be done, however without the ideas, effort, and time so generously given by volunteers who help bring those opportunities to all of us.

Please join us in thanking the folks who have worked hard to organize events or shared their knowledge that supports our writing, illustrating, and translating journeys.

If you have an idea for a presentation or want to volunteer to help organize an event, please let us know!
As always, if you have any questions related to SCBWI-MI or the SCBWI organization, please feel free to contact your co-RAs, Carrie Pearson or Jodi McKay, or our IC, Katie Eberts.

Warmly,

Carrie and Jodi
