topStoughton Chamber Members,

Well, as the song sings, "It's the most wonderful time of the year".  We just finished up our Thanksgiving Day celebration and started our Holiday Shopping , with Black Friday & Cyber Monday, and all the rest of the shopping days until the holidays!  Whether you celebrate Christmas or Hanukkah or Kwanzaa or Festivus, it is still the most joyous time of year for mostofus!

On  Monday, December 9th,  instead of our usual SCC Holiday Party,  we are doing something very different and very entertaining, "Being Robin" A Tribute to Robin Williams!  A  performance by a friend of mine,  Mr. Roger Kabler , who just so happens to be one of the top  Robin Williams Impersonators in the World !

Roger will begin with some of his favorite character impersonations:  Al  Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Christopher Walken, etc!  After a short intermission, Roger will be back on stage as Robin Williams, and offer up some of the great performances and characters from Robin's head through the years; Mrs Doubtfire, Adrian Cronaeur from Good Morning Vietnam, Mork from Mork and Mindy, etc!!   You don't want to miss this one!!

Roger has performed all over the world, including shows in NYC,   LA  and   Las Vegas!   Back in the 90's, he had a short lived sitcom called,  Rhythm & Blues,   and he was part of the Carole Burnett cast ensemble.  He also appeared in the movie, "Clueless" and the animated kids program, "The Brave Little Toaster".
Kabler was also known as the fedora-wearing "Zima Guy", where his gimmick involved replacing "S" sounds with "Z" sounds, reinforcing Zima beer's slogan, "Zomething different."

This event will take place at the Portuguese National Club, doors open at 5:30 pm for general admission and an abundance of appetizers will be available on our buffet tables, show will begin at 6:30 pm!  Decadent Desserts will be served during intermission!
