HoneyBaked Ham
950 Providence Hwy (Route 1), Norwood, MA

HoneyBaked Ham has become a brand that people know and love.  With a 60-year heritage, our products bring people together, and are associated with some of life's most special moments- reunions, graduations, and of course holidays.

It all began in the 1920's, when Harry Hoenselaar moved to Detroit, Michigan.  While working at a drug store, he met the owner of a recently opened store called the "HoneyBaked Ham Company", and he soon began working at the store as a salesman, giving out samples of the newly delicious HoneyBaked Ham.

One day, Harry decided to try to 'spiral cut' a ham with a machine, while still leaving it intact to the bone, and it was a success.  The first slicing machine was constructed and completed in December of 1938.  In the late 1950's, Harry was offered a unique opportunity, to purchase the HoneyBaked Ham Company, and so he did.
HoneyBaked Ham stores opened in Michigan, Ohio, California, Chicago, and Georgia and so on.  Harry left his legacy to his children, who then expanded to what is now over 400 locations nationwide today, as well as an online shipping presence.  After all of these years, the company has stayed within the Hoenselaar family and so has the commitment to make every ham the same way Harry did - one at a time.

Along with the unmistakable HoneyBaked Ham, which is spiral-sliced and hand-glazed, their satisfaction guarantee has grown to include side dishes, classic roasted or smoked turkey breasts, and dessert items. HoneyBaked Ham has been, and will continue to be, successful because it stays true to its values and continues to produce the highest quality bone-in ham.  It's that commitment to premium quality that lets us say, "When you serve The Authentic Honey Baked Ham®, it's always a special occasion."

Testimonial from Christine Gallagher
Dir. of the St. Anthony's Free Market Food Pantry
I would like to thank Mr. Demerjian for his wonderful donation of turkeys & hams for Christmas and several hams for Easter!  When our client families discovered that they they were receiving not just a ham, but a "HoneyBaked Ham", they were so excited.

First, they had no idea they would be getting anything like this.  Most of them had heard about these hams but certainly weren't expecting to be receive one.  Everyone deserves to have something special now and again and thanks to the generosity of Mike Demerjian and Honey Baked Hams 14 families  will be enjoying a delicious ham dinner this weekend.  It is so gratifying to see  successful businesses giving back to the communities they do business in and help us feed our neighbors.

Please visit your local HoneyBaked Ham today at 950 Providence Hwy (Route 1), Norwood, MA, or give us a call at 781-551-8400.  We all look forward to serving you!
