Dear Member,

Thank you for such an active 2022 on the golf course! With a record number of rounds produced and a strong membership, we have had an abundance of feedback related to tee time availability. We want to ensure that you the member has the utmost access to tee times and golf course availability. 

After much discussion, the SCC Golf Committee and Board of Directors have formed the following restrictions to hopefully create more availability for you, the member. These restrictions will go into effect beginning September 7th as we understand arrangements have been made for Labor Day.

• On weekends before noon, a member will only be allowed to accompany one guest at a time.
• At any other time, a member can only accompany up to 7 guests. Any more than 7 guests at a time will need to get Golf Committee/Board Approval.
• Members that book tee times with X’s will see the X’s disappear 24 hours prior to the tee time unless the X’s are filled with a guest or member name.

A couple reminders as the season winds down:

• An individual guest can play golf no more than 5 times in one year.
• Please remind your guests of our dress code and club etiquette, on and off the golf course.

As we head into the off-season we will continue to monitor guest play levels as we want to ensure you are having the most access possible to your golf course.
