Dear Sloan Creek Parents and Guardians,

We are saddened to share the news of the loss of one of our Lovejoy parents. Leslie Horton passed away from a long and courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband, Mark Horton, and their two children, Luke (8, WSMS) and Joe (6, SCIS).

Services will be held on Saturday, October 20, at 11:00 a.m. There will also be a viewing/visitation Friday night, October 19, at 6:30 p.m. Both will be held at Chase Oaks - Sloan Creek Campus. We will share details regarding a meal calendar when that information becomes available.

We extend our deepest sympathy to the Horton family during this most difficult time.
