New MLS Rule:
5.7 User ID and Password. SCK MLS shall assign a user identification (User ID) and password to Participants, Subscribers, and Users to access and use the SCK MLS Data and SCK MLS Services. The user ID (Login Name or Username) and password are personal to Subscriber and may not be used by any other person at any time for any purpose. Participants and Subscribers shall be responsible for the security and safe keeping of their user identification and password.

SECTION 3. VIOLATIONS WITH AUTOMATIC FINES
a. Unauthorized use or dissemination of Participant’s, or Subscriber’s, or User’s SCK MLS login information. This includes distribution of issued system password or granting access to the system once logged in. This applies to the individual Participant, or Subscriber, or User who is in violation of this rule.

2.1.4 The SCK MLS System prohibits the inclusion of any co-exclusive listings that is are co-exclusive with a broker, or firm that is not a Participant of SCK MLS, or a branch office of a participating firm where that branch office does not participate in SCK MLS.

Added definition for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU):
An ADU is typically an additional living area independent of the primary dwelling that may have been added to, created within, or detached from a primary one-unit dwelling. The ADU must provide for living, sleeping, cooking, and bathroom facilities and be on the same parcel as the primary one-unit dwelling.
The ADU must be subordinate in size to the primary dwelling and have the following separate features from the primary dwelling, means of ingress/egress, kitchen, sleeping area, bathing area, and bathroom facilities. The ADU may, but is not required to, include access to the primary dwelling. However, it is not considered an ADU if it can only be accessed through the primary dwelling or the area is open to the primary dwelling with no expectation of privacy.
The kitchen must, at a minimum, contain the following, cabinets, a countertop, a sink with running water, and a stove or stove hookup (hotplates, microwaves, or toaster ovens are not acceptable stove substitutes). An independent second kitchen by itself does not constitute an ADU.

Finished Square Footage is the area of a structure which is heated, with finished walls, finished or treated floors, finished or treated ceilings, in which electrical wiring with outlets and switches have been installed.
Rule Changes:
2.6.5 Custom Builds are required to be input as Pending in the MLS system within 45 30 days after the contract to build is signed, the building permit is issued, or when the lot closes, whichever is later. The Contract Price should be entered as the Asking Price. prior to closing. Within three (3) business days after closing the price and other data shall be revised to reflect the finished price and additional finishes.
