The new Support Center is now available for your use at help.score.org. This is also available from a button on our volunteer home page, and a menu item in Engage as chapters migrate to the new Engage platform.
What is the Support Center?
The SCORE Support Center is a central hub and searchable knowledgebase. It serves to centralize SCORE's operation information and resources, enable content to be kept up to date and maintained, and better service the functions of SCORE. The Support Center will merge and replace the existing Volunteer Center and Help Center sites.
Volunteer Center + Help Desk = Support Center
The current Volunteer Center will still be maintained and accessible over the next few months as our volunteers start to use the new Support Center. Both sites will live simultaneously until we feel confident that our volunteers are comfortable with the new site.
SCORE HQ will hold open Q&A webinars each month for all volunteers to review the Support Center. Webinars will be held on the following dates:
