Hi Everyone,

Since I’ve seen you last, I returned to France and Dubai, visited my beloved Baja, experienced record snowstorms in California, AND I turned 61 on February 20th. I continue to realize the comfort and importance of stretching and moving so this week’s class is dedicated to balancing Strength with Stretch, all with glorious flowing Energy (Chi). See you Saturday!!!
