This is an advance e-blast to let you know what is coming up!!! (Could this be that Scott is getting organized?????) Haha….


On Saturday February 10th at 8:30am West Coast time I’ll be doing “Complete Utter and Total Stretch,” which is exactly what it sounds like it will be—-standing, seated, and floor stretching with our marvelous intermingling of Chi.


AND, on Saturday March 9th, will be my 3 hour Discover Tai Chi in the Chair workshop (9am-NOON West Coast time), which covers a glorious multitude of chair exercise material infused with Tai Chi basic principles.


I know this is in advance, but mark your calendars and let’s have some fun in February and March!!! You will receive another eblast reminder, since I’m “earlier than usual.” 👍🤠
