Instructor Scott Cole has been training people in and around chairs for over 30 years, to improve balance, strength, mobility, and flexibility. This program is powerful, gentle, fluid, and stress-reducing, focused on bringing elements of Tai Chi and Qigong to the chair, in flowing full-body breath-filled sequences and unique stretches that are innovative, fun, and VERY effective for all levels of exercisers.
