Join me Friday in my 7-hour accredited Tai Chi Training Course -- on Zoom. Explore the ancient martial art of Tai Chi, (known as the Moving Meditation) along with Qigong, adaptive movement, "Chi Stretching," and my all-new Tai Chi for Pain Management techniques in a chair.
This course is truly for ANYONE interested in learning to move more organically for themselves and/or their clients---Personal Trainers, Life Coaches, Massage Therapists, Yoga Teachers, Physical Therapists, Group Exercise Instructors, Martial Artists, and Students of LIFE, all are welcome :)
Zoom with me on Saturday March 13th, 2021 at 8:30am, and we will do FULL BODY STRETCH, in the chair, standing and on the floor. Let's work the room, lol!!!! Tension is held in our joints, tendons, muscles, ligaments, and internal organs, so, let's ALLEVIATE ALL TENSION and Stretchhhhhhh it out.
