Hi Everyone, March is cruising by and Spring is officially almost here. I have a few fun things to share with you. First off, on Saturday March 19th at our usual 8:30am (West coast time) I will be teaching “Spring Chi,” a refreshing combination of standing Tai Chi postures, Yoga asanas, and seated Chair exercises.
The following Saturday, March 26th, I will once again be teaching my Tai Chi Training Certification for AAAI-ISMA (see link and times below). This is a 7-hour accredited course for instructors, practitioners, or anyone who wants to learn more about the powerful, intrinsic, moving meditation of Tai Chi.
