Stretching Body and Mind - ZOOM Class

Saturday November 11th

Hi Everyone,

This Saturday November 11th at 8:30am Pacific time, will be “Stretching Body and Mind,” standing and seated. Flexibility is often the forgotten component of fitness, and Saturday we will combine Chi-based moves, with Yoga sensibility, and full-body Stretching.

I am just back from my Green Gulch event, which was so joyful, and we concluded with my seated White Light Guided Imagery, which I will share with you all on Saturday. Looking forward to seeing everyone!!!
