Hi Everyone,
I just returned from a magical workshop weekend in Princeton New Jersey. What a lovely campus and surrounding area, so old and amazing, it almost felt like a Harry Potter story at times. I’m inspired by the love I received from AAAI-ISMA attendees and fellow presenters, we are indeed a family.
I feel the same way about our Zoom group, lots of love from all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. It is indeed this sense of Community that continually inspires me, so, thank you 🙏 This week’s session on Saturday September 21st (at 8:30am Pacific time) will be The Better Balance/More Mobility Workout, focusing on exactly what it says, both standing and sitting, incorporating strength training exercises, with an emphasis on fluid movement through a breath-filled continuum.
